Ingredients

    1 large sweet yellow onion, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
    20 oz lean ground turkey
    1 16-oz can of black beans
    1 16-oz can of sweet yellow corn
    2 cups Campbell's Classic Tomato Soup
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 tbsp minced bottled garlic
    1 tbsp oregano
    1 tbsp chili powder
    1 tbsp black pepper
    salt to taste


Directions

Coarsely chop the onion and bell pepper. Add onion, bell pepper and ground turkey to a large non-stick skillet. Add minced garlic, and season with oregano, chili powder, black pepper and salt. Cook 6-7 minutes or until turkey is browned and onions are translucent.

Empty the cans of black beans and corn into a colander. Rinse thoroughly and drain. Mix black beans and corn into the turkey mixture in the skillet.

Add Campbell's soup to the skillet. Simmer 5-6 minutes. Divide into bowls and garnish with shredded cheese. Serves dinner for six.
