Ingredients

    8 oz. Smart Taste Pasta
    1.5 Pasta Water Reserve
    2 lbs. Very thin sliced Chicken Breast
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1.5 C Evaporated Milk
    4 Tbsp. Bacon pieces
    1 C Egg Beaters
    2 C Sliced Mushrooms
    1.5 Red Onion
    1/2 C Asiago Cheese
    1/4 C Parmesan Cheese


Directions

Boil the pasta Al Dente. Saute Chicken breast in olive oil, garlic and add some italian seasoning. Whisk together Egg Beaters, Evaporated Milk and pasta water reserve. Saute Red Onion and Mushrooms in olive oil. Add Milk mixture to mushrooms and Onions. Add bacon, add Asiago Cheese. Let boil until slightly thickened. When done add parmesan cheese. Serve with chicken.
