Ingredients

    Green Giant Steam Crisp Extra Sweet Niblets, 1 can
    Beans, black, 1 can
    Diced Tomatoes, 1 can
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, cayenne, 1 tsp
    Cheese

Directions

Chop the onions and put in a large microwave safe bowl. Cook in the microwave for about 1 minute. Add the canned beans, corn and tomatoes to the bowl along with the spices. Stir together. Microwave for about another 5 minutes. Dish into bowls and top with cheese.
