Ingredients

    1 Large Banana (Mashed)
    3 Egg Whites
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    .25 tsp Baking Powder

Tips

Add flavoring to the flavor to your taste. I liked this recipe with a tsp of vanilla and a tsp of coconut flavoring. Also top with your favorite fruit.


Directions

Thoroughly mix together all of the ingredients. Heat a skillet to medium heat. Use a spoon to pour the mixture into a pan. Cook for about 3 min on each side. Serve while hot.
