Ingredients

    5 slices bread
    2 c broccoli chopped
    5 slices Canadian bacon diced
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar
    1/2 c cottage cheese
    1 c evaporated milk
    1 T dijon
    5 eggs
    parsley, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper to taste

Directions

Spray crock pot with non stick spray. Tear bread into bottom. Layer on Canadian bacon, broccoli and cheese. Whisk well the remaining ingredients and pour over top. Cook on low 3 hours or until mostly firm and not runny.
