Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef
    1 large egg
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    2 tsp brown sugar
    1 tbsp Soya Sauce

Directions

Mix ingredients together with favourite seasonings. Roll into balls on cookie sheet lined with foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 to 30 minutes.
Mix together condensed tomato soup, brown sugar and soya sauce in a casserole dish. Add cooked meatballs and bake in oven for 30 minutes. Serve with Brown or wild rice.

Serving Size: Makes about 15 1 inch meatballs
