Ingredients

    1/3 cup chia seeds
    1/4 cup 100% cocoa
    1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
    3 tblsps maple syrup, honey or agave
    1 tblsp vanilla (optional)
    dash of sea salt

    mix all ingredients well in a blender. pour into 4 dishes and chill for at least 3-5 hours, overnight if possible.

Tips

can be whisked instead of blended, textile will not be as smooth.
