16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
1 serving Extra Long Grain Natural Brown Rice, Riceland Brand (1 serv = 3/4 cup cooked)
4 serving Sea Salt Hain Pure Foods (made from evaporated sea water (1/4 tsp.)

Directions
1. Cook Rice- Combine in a 2-quart saucepan: 1 cup Riceland Natural Brown Rice and 2 cups water. Stir lightly; bring to a rolling boil and reduce heat to simmer (low boil). Cover with a tight fitting lid and simmer for 35-45 minutes. Use 3/4 cup of cooked rice to make meatballs.
2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine together all spices, 3/4 cup cooked rice, and ground beef with eggs. Knead with hands until thoroughly combined together.
3. Spray a baking pan with oil.
4. Roll 1/9 of meat mixture into a ball and place on oiled baking sheet.
5. Cook for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
6. Add cooked meatball to sauce of your choice.
Serving Size: Makes 9 large meatballs (2 inch wide each)
