Ingredients

    1 cup Light Cream (Half & Half)
    1 tbsp Onion powder
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    2 stalk large Celery
    7 cup peeled and diced Potato
    0.50 cup Water
    4 Tbps Cornstarch
    4 cup (32oz) Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth - fat free and low sodium
    1 box Oscar Mayer Fully Cooked Bacon
    1 cup Velveeta Original Cheese
    1 cup Meijer Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
    5 oz Plain Greek Yogurt

Directions

1) PLACE chicken broth, potatoes, celery, onion powder, and pepper into slow cooker. Cook on low for approximately 6 hours until vegetables are tender.
2) Remove celery - chop on side for people to add back to individual bowls of soup.
3) ADD bacon to the slow cooker.
4) COMBINE cream, VELVEETA cubes, cheddar cheese, and yogurt in a saucepan on the stove. Cook over low to medium heat until hot.
5) POUR cheese mixture into slow cooker, stirring constantly.
6) COMBINE cornstarch and cold water in a separate bowl, mixing well. Slowly add to slow cooker. Cook 30 more minutes and serve.
