Introduction

This is a decadent dip for fruit. It isn't very "light," but could be further lightened by: cutting the butter by 1/3rd, cutting the sugar by 1/3rd, and using less chocolate chips. Ingredients

    8 oz Neufchatel Cheese, softened
    1 stick Butter, unsalted, softened
    1 cup, unsifted Powdered Sugar
    3 tbsp Brown Sugar
    splash vanilla
    1 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and cheese together until smooth. Add in brown sugar and mix well until no longer gritty. Gradually stir in powdered sugar; mix in vanilla. Scrape sides of bowl often as you mix. Stir in chocolate chips after everything else is well-blended.

Serving Size: Makes 8-12 servings. Recipe is calculated for 8.
