Ingredients

    2 tins Sainsbury's Mixed Beans in mild chilli sauce (suitable for vegetarians)
    1 tin chopped tomatoes (suitable for vegetarians)
    2 teaspoons ground cumin
    1 teaspoon ground turmeric
    1/2 teaspoon chilli powder (or to taste)
    1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    optional - 1 tin tuna packed in brine

Directions

combine everything in a saucepan and bring up to heat. Taste to adjust seasoning. Let simmer for 5 minutes and serve.
