Ingredients

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 clove Garlic
.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
16 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef
4 cup Pasta- Macaroni, large elbow (hy-top) (by SUZYHOMEMAKER76)
1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
1.5 tsp Rosemary, small sprig of rosemary converts to 1/2 a teaspoon of dried rosemary (by CHUCKLES0719)
2.5 cup wild oats Organic Parmesan & Romano Pasta Sauce
1 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
5 grams Portabella Mushrooms
4 cup fresh and easy beef broth
1 tsp Diamond Crystal - Kosher Salt (by SHIRTTALES)
0.25 tsp Crushed Red Pepper (by BACORONA)
6 tbsp Parmesan Cheese-Grated Costco (by CAZLINR)
Directions
Preheat the oil in large Pan over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and onions; saute for a few minutes then add beef.
Stir for 5 minutes or until beef is no longer pink then add remaining ingredients, except cheese and parsley
Stir thoroughly and cover until boiling
Reduce temperature to medium-low and set timer for 5 minutes.
When time is up stir thoroughly and repeat with another 5 minutes.
Test pasta and when it is tender remove from heat.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
