Ingredients

    14 leaf Cabbage, fresh
    16 oz Jennie-O Turkey Store - Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast with Natural Flavorings
    4 serving Tomatoe, Fresh 1 thin slice
    4 serving Black Olives - Sliced (2 Tbsp.)
    4 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    453.6 grams Crushed Tomatoes
    2 cups mushrooms
    3 eggs
    1 tablespoon of flax meal
    Garlic powder
    Onion powder
    Parsley
    Basil

Directions

Boil water place whole leaves in water until soft. Take out of water place on the side to cool. Then cook the turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, & basil. Add mushrooms until cooked thoughly. Fill each leaf up and roll then set into a baking dish with half of the crushed tomatoes. Top the rolls with the rest of the crushed tomatoes, a few mushrooms then the mozzarella. Bake for 30 min at 350°
