    1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw
    1 tbsp Mushrooms, cooked

    0.25 cup slices Carrots, cooked
    .25 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked
    .25 cup, sliced Summer Squash
    1 tbsp Olive Oil

    .25 tsp Oregano, ground
    .125 tsp Rosemary, dried
    .2 cup Croutons, seasoned

Directions
