Ingredients

    1.5 cup chopped Onions
    3 tsp Bacon grease
    1 cube chicken bouillon
    1.75 cup Dakota's Great Northern Beans (1 can)
    1300 g Swiss Chard stems and leaves chopped separately (~18 large)
    2 slices cooked Bacon, chopped

Directions

Saute onion in bacon grease until softened. Stir in beans, chopped Swiss chard stems, and bouillon. Cook ~10 min until stems are tender-crisp. Stir in chopped Swiss chard leaves. Cover and cook until leaves are wilted.

Serving Size: Makes 12 1-cup servings
