Ingredients

    4.5 cup Flour Self-rising (by DANCINGRITA2)
    1.75 stick Butter, salted
    2 cup Milk, 3.25%

Directions

In a mixing bowl, mix 4 cups flour, 1.5 sticks melted butter and 2 cups milk. Stir just until mixed well. Dust cutting board or counter with about 1/8 cup of remaining flour, scrape dough onto board and cover dough with about another 1/8 cup flour. with floured hands, lightly knead dough just until it is not sticky on the outside any longer. Roll out dough-leaving it about an inch thick. Cut into 12 biscuits. place on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Melt remaining 1/4 stick butter-brush on top of raw biscuits. Bake for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned. When the biscuits come out, brush the tops with butter one more time. ENJOY!
