Ingredients

    2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
    2 cups all purpose flour
    4.5 tsp Baking Powder
    0.5 tsp Baking Soda
    0.5 tsp Salt
    0.67 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, skim milk
    0.67 cup Canola Oil
    0.67 cup Non Fat milk



Directions

Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients. Stir wet ingredients into dry until just moistened. Knead a few times, turn out onto AirBake pan, then use fingers to gently push dough until ~3/4-in thick. Use biscuit cutter or canning ring to cut biscuits, spacing them on pans. Bake at 450F for 15-20 min until golden.

Serving Size: Makes 12 3-inch biscuits
