Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    14.75 oz Pink Salmon (canned)
    .5 cup, crushed Saltine Crackers (Saltines)
    .5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 tbsp Butter, salted
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    .25 cup, diced Celery, raw

Directions

1. preheat oven to 350
2. in mixing bowl, combine salmon, crackers, milk, egg (beaten), celery and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Press mixture into lightly greased 9x5 loaf pan
4. Melt butter and spread over top of loaf
5. Bake for 45 minutes or until done
