Ingredients

    1 Bartlett Pear, Sliced with Skin on
    ½ Frozen Banana, Sliced
    ½ - ¾ tsp Fresh Ginger Root, Peeled & Grated (depending on the level of kick you’re looking for)
    1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    3 tbsp Plain Yogurt
    ¼ c Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
    1/8 c Milk
    2 GoodBelly Probiotic Supplements, Powder Only


Directions

Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately. Or, for a thicker smoothie, place covered in the fridge for an hour to allow the oats to soak up the liquid.
