Ingredients

2 lbs Extra Lean Ground Beef - 96% lean
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    Minced Onion to taste
2 8 oz cans Tomato Sauce
2 10.75 oz cans Tomato Soup
16 oz water (or about 3/4 can of tomato soup and tomato sauce)
15.25 oz can Black Beans - Great Value
15.5 oz can Dark Red Kidney Bean - Great Value
15.5 oz can Great Northern Bean - Great Value
15 oz can Southern Ranch Beans - Great Value

Tips

This is a double batch. For a single batch use 1 lb meat, 1 each of sauce and soup (only 1/2 can water for each), and 2 cans of beans. You can use whatever beans, original was ranch and kidney. My grandma put green peppers in it; you can dress it up if you like it spicier.

Directions

Brown ground beef (season with salt, pepper, onion) and drain. Add tomato sauce cans and about 3/4 can water from 1 of the cans. Add tomato soup cans and about 3/4 can water from 1 of the cans. Add each can of beans (not drained). Stir and bring to a boil. Lower to low heat and stir every 15 minutes for about 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 1/2 hours. Enjoy!
