    0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    0.5 cup Bob's Red Mill Hazelnut Meal/Flour (by VLBARC)
    1 cup Rice flour, brown
    1 cup Chickpea Flour (Garbanzo Bean Flour) (by DEECAFFEINATED)
    0.5 cup Bob's Red Mill Quinoa Flour (by FRESHSTART469)
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    0.5 tsp Salt
    9 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    4 cup, quartered or chopped Apples, fresh with skin
    2 cup Granulated Sugar
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 cup Ghirardeli Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (by MTRAMMELL1)

Tips

Grate the apples before measuring.


Directions

Mix flax meal with woater and set aside. Combine flours, soda, salt, cocoa, and set aside. Combine sugar, apples, vanilla. fold in flax misture and dry ingredients. Bake in Bundt prepared bundt pan at 325 for about one hour.
