Introduction

A creamy yogurt topping, especially good on curried lentils. A creamy yogurt topping, especially good on curried lentils.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Yogurt, Plain
    1/4 cup Scallions
    2 tsp Ginger Root, chopped
    1 tsp sugar
    1/4 tsp Cumin, ground
    2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
    1/2 juice of one Lime
    1 Tbsp Cilantro, dried
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients except yogurt together in small bowl until well blended. Add yogurt and still well. May allow to rest in refrigerator for 1-2 hours for flavors to blend. Chill until ready to serve.

Makes approximately five 2-Tablespoon servings.
