Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    3 medium Potato, sliced thin (use mandolin if available)
    1/2 medium Onion, sliced thin
    2 tsp Butter, salted
    1 cup Milk, 2%,
    2 tbsp All-purpose Flour
    Salt to taste
    Black Pepper to taste


Tips

Top with cheese or bacon or chives to add a change of flavour.


Directions

1. Spray two single serving ramekins with a thin layer of cooking spray.
2. Layer in the following order: Potatoes, Onions, Sprinkle of Flour, dash of salt and pepper. Repeat layer until out of ingredients.
3. Top with 1 tsp butter and 1/2 cup milk each.
4. Bake uncovered at 400F for about 30 minutes or until tender when poked with a fork.
5. Let cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
