Introduction

V6 Juice...without all the sodium! V6 Juice...without all the sodium!

Ingredients

    4 medium whole Red Ripe Tomatoes
    2 Celery Stalks
    3 Romaine Lettuce Leaves
    2 Swiss Chard leaves and stem
    2 Rainbow Chard leaves and stem
    1 large handful Parsley
    dash of Tabasco, to taste (optional)

Tips

Substitutions:

• Tomato – red cabbage, radish, red pepper
• Celery – cucumber, celeriac, zucchini (courgette)
• Romaine lettuce – arugula (rocket), other lettuce varieties, watercress
• Chard – kale, spinach
• Parsley – mint, basil
• Tabasco – chili powder


Directions

1. Wash all produce well.
2. Chop produce to fit through juicer chute.
3. Add all ingredients through juicer and top with a dash of Tabasco sauce. (Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired.)
