6 serving Angel Hair Pasta Barilla 2 oz
1.5 cup picsweet 3 pepper &onion blend frozen (by TAMIM1965)
32 oz Ground Sausage, Italian (by CLIFFORDJL)
64 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef
2.5 serving diced tomatoes & green chilies RoTel 10oz canned (by LEEISME2)
1.5 can Canned Tomatoes
2 cup Sauce, Prego Marinara Sauce
2 cup Ragu Traditional Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce)
5 tsp Garlic
5 tbsp Parsley, dried
5 tsp Oregeno (by CHALIGAL155)
4 tbsp Basil
3 tbsp Pepper, black
2 tsp 5th Season Seasoned Salt (by MAYDAY112)
Directions
Bring a pot of water to boil with a teaspoon of olive oil and a dash of salt. Once boiled add the pasta and cook until slightly aldente.
While waiting on water to boil, in a small stock pot place a teaspoon of olive oil in the pan and add the seasoning blend (onions & peppers). Saute until onions become translucent. Add Sausage, Ground Beef, and spices to stock pot and cook until browned. Once browned, add the canned tomatoes, Rotel tomatoes, and marinara sauces. Stir and simmer for 5 minuets while pasta finishes. Before draining pasta, take a ladle of pasta water and add to the sauce.
Drain pasta and add to the meat sauce. Stir until pasta is coated, and simmer for approximately 5 minutes or more to allow sauce to soak into the noodles.
