Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup, cubes Rutabagas
    4 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
    4 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked
    3 clove Garlic

Tips

Can replace cream with sour cream or yogurt.


Directions

Steam together rutabaga, cauliflower and garlic for 12 to 15 minutes or until tender.
Place steamed vegetables and cream into food processor and puree.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
