Introduction

Ingredients

    16 oz Pork Sausage,Appleton Farms
    12 leaf, medium Cabbage, fresh
    1 cup Cauliflower, raw grated to rice size
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .5 cup Tomato Sauce
    1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions

fill a bot of water and bring to boil, drop in cabbage and cook for 4 minutes removing outer leaves, cool in chiiled water to remove from head, , repeat as necessary until you have 12 leaves.
Mix sausage, grated cauliflower,onions, cheese and egg together in a large bowl. Spoon 1/4 to 1/2 cup of the mixture onto each leave, folding them up in a roll, bottom first then each side of the leaf, set fold down in a large baking dish. When finish placing the rolls in the pan, pour tomatoe sauce over the rolls. Cover and cook 1 hr, remove cover and cook an additional 30 to 45 minutes until cabbage is cooked.
