Ingredients

    1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .25 tsp Baking Powder
    .25 tsp Vanilla Extract

Tips

It's best to keep the pancakes small for optimal cooking. You can add spices, fruit, chocolate chips or anything you want to this recipe! Also, you can omit the baking powder and vanilla and just use the banana and eggs. They will still taste great!


Directions

Blend all ingredients into a batter. Coat pan with cooking spray, oil or butter. Heat pan to medium high heat. pour a fifth of the batter into pan and cook until browned on bottom and edges are set. Flip pancake and cook on the other side until desired brownness. Makes 5 thin pancakes.
