Ingredients

    6 pork chops, about 1-1/2 pounds
    1 can *Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 can Mushrooms, stems & pieces, drained
    1 clove Garlic, chopped
    1 Bay Leaf
    1 whole clove
    ground black pepper to taste

Directions

brown chops in frying pan, remove to crock pot. Deglaze pan with 1/2 cup of hot water, add to crock pot. Pour soup over the top, add bay leaf and clove and ground black pepper. Cook on low heat 7-10 hours, or high heat for 4.

Serving Size: makes 6 servings, 1 chop each, and about 1/3 cup sauce
