This recipe is a pick me up smoothie. This recipe is a pick me up smoothie.
Number of Servings: 1


    1/2 cup fruit (I use sweet frozen cherries)
    1/2 cup plain yogurt
    1 cup soy milk or 1% milk
    1 Tbsp Grapeseed Oil (If you have it)

    1 Scoop Protein Powder (I use Control Meal Replacement Protein )

    Place in blender and mis thoroughly. Drink up!

    The cherries are proven by me for use in place of a pain reliever and relieves pain. I have artiritis in her back, neck & shoulders and cannot take Tylenol or any other pan reliever, such as Excedrin, Advil, Aleve or Ibuprofen.
