A quick and easy casserole to help deal with pizza cravings! This recipe can be personalized with different types of pasta and sauces. A quick and easy casserole to help deal with pizza cravings! This recipe can be personalized with different types of pasta and sauces.

Ingredients

    16 oz spaghetti or pasta of your choice
    16 oz tomato sauce, divided (pizza, pasta, marinara, whatever you like)
    2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast, pounded and cut into pieces
    8 slices Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
    approx. 17 slices turkey pepperoni
    1 cup water
    Fresh basil leaves
    salt and pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 425.
Spray a 9x13" baking dish with nonstick spray. Mix water and half the tomato sauce in the bottom of the dish, place dry spaghetti in sauce mixture.
Arrange chicken on top of pasta, sprinkle with salt and pepper, pour remaining tomato sauce on top.
Place basil leaves, then pepperoni, then cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes, until cheese is bubbly
