Introduction
Quick and easy to make when limited on time. Very tasty and filling. I make an extra batch and individually wrap and freeze them. Ingredients

I can goya pinto beans
1 can fat-free spicy refried beans
1 package taco seasoning
1/3 cup water
1 1/4 lb extra lean ground beef
Directions
Brown beef in pan until no longer pink. Stir in taco seasoning, water, and pinto beans. Cook on medium-high until most of liquid absorbed.
Stir in can of refried beans. Mix thoroughly and cook until heated.
Place large scoop of filling in the middle of tortilla. Fold both ends and roll up.
