Ingredients

    1 serving Crossiant (by KATHYBEAM)
1 slice (3/4 oz) American Cheese
    1 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") Ham, regular (11% fat)
    1 large Scrambled Egg
4 fl oz Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A

Directions

Place croissant in toaster oven set to BAKE at 300 degrees. Set for the normal time that you like to set your toast for. Heat up two pans on a stove, one for the ham slice, and one for the egg. Spray the pan with nonstick spray, and place ham in one pan. In a bowl, mix egg and milk with a fork. Once other pan has reached medium high heat, add the egg and let egg cook as you would make an omlette (one large flat surface, moving the uncooked parts to the edge to cook thoroughly). Add cheese to middle of egg, and fold in half. Cook rest of egg. At this time, the croissant will be ready to add the ham, and then the egg and cheese combo. Enjoy!
