Ingredients

Cake:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Sugar
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
5 medium apples, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup Canola Oil
1/4 cup Honey
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup chopped Walnuts
Glaze: (optional, but delicious!!)
1.5 cups Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1.5 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup chopped Walnuts
Tips
Omitting the glaze decreases the calorie content by about 100 calories a slice, but the glaze is truly delicious... Make it and have a smaller slice. :-)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Spray a bundt pan with Pam for baking.
Mix all ingredients for cake (except walnuts) at medium spend in electric mixer for about 3 minutes.
Gently stir in walnuts.
Bake for one hour.
Remove from oven and let cool in pan for 30 minutes. Then invert onto serving platter to cool completely.
If you choose to glaze the cake, wait for cake to cool. Combine cinnamon, powdered sugar, and almond milk. Pour glaze over cake and sprinkle with walnuts.
