Ingredients

    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    2 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)
    3 clove Garlic
    1 tsp salt
    1-2 tsp cumin more if you like it spicy
    2-3 Tbl sp chili powder, more if you like it spicy
    .5 tsp red chili pepper
    2 cup Stewed Tomatoes
    1 cup Tomato Sauce
    2 cup Beans, black
    2 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
    1 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned

Tips

Be sure to rinse the beans if you are using canned


Directions

Fry the veggies, add the spices, rinse the beans if you are using canned. Stir it up and enjoy!
