I took this to a dinner party tonight and it got rave reviews. I'll be making it again for home real soon. Thanks! The calorie count sounds too good to be true because it is, though. Entering ingredients from scratch, I'm coming up with over double this. - 9/27/08

It's a little sweet for me with the pudding . I use 1 pkg lite coolwhip, 1 16-oz pkg low fat cottage cheese. Mix together well, then stir in 1 pkg dry sugar free/fat free Jello (I use orange), then add in drained pineapple. Adding walnuts & coconut this time too for Thanksgiving. - 11/27/13

We loved this! It was quick and easy and I must say the taste was awesome! I entered the calories and it was pretty accurate. I will deff be making this again. I made 1/2 cup servings but was only able to get 7 servings from it so I dont know what the rec. serving size is to get 10 servings. - 2/15/09

I was looking for something that tasted like a real treat without the calories and carbs. I made this for my lunch today and it is so tasty! I Used fresh fruit instead, since I had them on hand and added a little bit of ground ginger over it for extra taste. - 11/27/13
