Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Tastes just as good as regular but some many less calories!
Recipe seems great for diabetics, but because of the natural in moderation.
This is for those who need the sugary whipped cream feel. I like fruit with yogurt topping better.
I've made this several times. I use Libby's skinny pineapple for fewer calories and have also substituted Libby's skinny tropical fruit for the pineapple.
This is similar to one that I have used for years. I don't use the yogurt and I don't drain the fruit. The juice (no sugar added juices) makes a beautiful moist salad. I would say they are both very delicious and low cal.
Excellent - I used sugar-free Lemon Jell-O instead of pudding mix. Had made it for years using coconut and sour cream instead of the yogurt (but it was very good with yogurt.) DH didn't like it as much without coconut!
It's a great recipe for the amount of calories; but it's a little deceiving to SEE strawberries in the recipe (not just for garnish) and yet the recipe doesn't call for any strawberries. It's weird.
The picture looks like fruit cocktail was used instead of just pineapple and oranges. How does that affect the calories?
I was looking for something that tasted like a real treat without the calories and carbs. I made this for my lunch today and it is so tasty! I Used fresh fruit instead, since I had them on hand and added a little bit of ground ginger over it for extra taste.
It's a little sweet for me with the pudding . I use 1 pkg lite coolwhip, 1 16-oz pkg low fat cottage cheese. Mix together well, then stir in 1 pkg dry sugar free/fat free Jello (I use orange), then add in drained pineapple. Adding walnuts & coconut this time too for Thanksgiving.
great dessert but the calories are off, it is 90.1 calories for each servings.
I changed it a little, used low fat sour cream, few drops of lemon juice, 1 banana, sweetener, sprinkle of coconut & 1/2 c of marshmellos. Pretty good.
We loved this! It was quick and easy and I must say the taste was awesome! I entered the calories and it was pretty accurate. I will deff be making this again. I made 1/2 cup servings but was only able to get 7 servings from it so I dont know what the rec. serving size is to get 10 servings.
I took this to a dinner party tonight and it got rave reviews. I'll be making it again for home real soon. Thanks! The calorie count sounds too good to be true because it is, though. Entering ingredients from scratch, I'm coming up with over double this.
I make a recipe like this but I use fat free cottage cheese instead of yogurt and whole cranberry sauce and cherries for the fruit. Its unreal good !
