Learned how to make naan recently. I use grapeseed oil instead of ghee and don't brush them with oil after to keep the calorie count low. Delicious treat with stews and chili!
I used sour cream in place of yogurt cuz that's what I had on hand. Used I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray in place of oil to cut down on calories/fat. Not quite as good as the regular way of doing it but still good and knowing it's a little healthier makes it even better! Thanks for the idea
Couldn't believe how easy and authentic this was! Next time I'll try cooking it under the broiler to reduce calories. Was better than store-bought which is sometimes too greasy.
