This creamy, tangy dip does double duty: with mint, it's a perfect pair with Greek fare; with coriander and cumin, it cools down spicy Indian curries.

Submitted by SURVIVEOVA spicy side dish-a great compliment to any meal.
Submitted by MOLLYMCCLUREThis is my variation on a recipe in Kevin Mills' cookbook "Faster! I'm Starving!" It only takes about 20 minutes total to prepare and it's super yummy. The cauliflower is tender, but still firm -- not mushy like it gets when you boil or steam it. If you want to change the spice mix, just be sure you use other warm spices.
Submitted by SELKIE1964This is a quick and delicious meal with a kick that delivers the sweetness of soft eggplant with a kick of jalapeno (optional). I like to make this in bulk and then freeze it. It's a real staple in my diet.

Submitted by RFGOLDSTEINI attempted to simplify the naan recipes I've read online in order to use stuff I had on hand. So, this is NOT an authentic naan recipe. My family still thought it was delish though!
Submitted by VLVTGRRLThis rice has a rich, creamy texture as if cheese had been added to it. The olive oil, onion, and turmeric have nice, mild flavor that compliments seafood, pork, & chicken as well as most vegetables (especially stir-fry). Add 1/2 cup chopped cooked broccoli to it as a substitute to substantially higher calorie/saturated fat broccoli/cheese rice. Each serving is 1/2 cup.
