Ingredients

2 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
1 serving 1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g
1 cup Flour, white
6 tbsp Great Value Vegetable Oil
3 serving Beef Cube Steak 3 oz
3 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
Directions
combine flour and Mrs. Dash, set aside. Whip egg. Dredge steak in flour mixture, then in egg mixture, then in flour mixture to coat well. Cook in hot oil, over medium heat, until 1st side is done, flip and continue cooking until done, remove from oil and set aside to drain. Add remaining flour mixture to hot oil and stir until slightly browned. Slowly add milk, stirring as you add. Stir until thickened. Serve with gravy over the top of the steak
