Ingredients

    1 serving Thomas' 100% Whole Wheat Bagel Thins
    1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
    .50 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
    1 oz Goat Cheese, Soft
    0.25 cup onion - medium sauteed in olive oil (by KSGAMMA)

Tips

If you have a toaster oven, toast bagel slightly then return sandwich in toaster oven to heat up. If no toaster oven, just toast bagel thin how much you like!


Directions

Toast bagel thin, slightly.
Sautee a medium onion in 1/2 Tbsp. of EVOO. Keep extras in fridge for next sandwich.
Slice a medium tomato.

Place 2-3 slices of tomato on each bagel half.
Top with some goat cheese (about 1-2tsp. on each)
Top with sautéed onions.
(Optional)Place back in toaster oven to for a minute or two to heat tomato and cheese.
Sprinkle a little Mrs. Dash or pepper on top and enjoy!
