    2 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth
    24 oz Ground beef, lean
    148 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3 tsp (C) Garlic, minced, 1 tsp (by MDHARVILLE)
    .5 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1.25 serving Indian, Aromatic Basmati Rice, aprox 3/4 cup
    1 cup Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce

Directions

saute onions, peppers, garlic - brown beef - add rest of ingredients. Simmer 20-30 min
