Ingredients

1 cup of long grain rice
    (preferably Tilda brand Jasmine Rice)
    2 cups of water
Zest of 1 each lemon, lime and orange
Juice of 1 each lemon, lime and orange
    1 Tablespoon chopped ginger

Directions

1. With a zester, zest your fruits, and set aside.
2. Squeeze the juices from the fruits into a cup
3. Rinse your rice 3 times before cooking. This will get any impurities off of the rice.
4. Place the rice, ginger, and juices in a pot, and bring to boil.
5. Once you have a boil, turn down to low, and cover. It should only take about 15 minutes to cook.
6. Remove top when rice is finished, and add all of the zest.
7. Gently “fluff” the rice with a fork. This will help stir in the zest without making a gluey mess of things.

Makes two 1-cup portions.
