4 serving (Costco) Kirkland Signature 88% lean/12% fat Ground Beef Patties (4 oz=serving) (by CAMELLIA12)
16 oz Johnsonville mild italian sausage, 2 oz
.5 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper, black
1 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
0.5 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving)
5 oz Great Value, Low-moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
2 cup Prego 100% Heart Smart Traditional Sauce
Directions
Cut low moisture mozzarella cheese into 3/4 inch cubes cubes. Store in refrigerator while preparing the meat.
In a large mixing bowl combine:
1 pound ground beef
1 pound hot Italian sausage
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup chopped parsley
Roll golf ball sized balls with the meat mixture. Squish mozzarella cube into the center and pull the edges of the meat ball around it until it’s a new ball again.
Bake meatballs in oven at 400 for 20 minutes, then arrange meatballs in slow cooker and cover in tomato sauce.
Cook on high for 2 to 2.5 hours.
