Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3/4 Cup Spicy or Reg. V8 Juice (1lg can)
    1 lb. Bag of frozen COOKED shrimp, thawed and tails removed
    2 Cucumbers, diced
    3 Green Onions, sliced
    2 Avocados, diced
    2 Stalks of Celery, chopped
    3 Tbs. Cilantro, chopped
    1 Serano or Jalepeno Pepper, seeded and chopped (optional)
    Juice of 1 Lime
    Salt to taste
    Lime wedges for garnish (optional)

Directions

Mix all ingrediants lightly in large bowl.
Serve cold with Corn chips, Club Crackers or just a fork!
Garnish with Lime wedges
