Introduction

Ingredients

    2 tbsp Chili powder
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Corn Starch
    1 tsp *McCormick ground cumin
    0.25 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground) (optional)
    1 tsp Paprika
    1 dash Salt (optional)

Tips

You can omit cayenne and salt if you wish. If you want more heat add more cayenne or try Hungarian paprika.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add to cooked ground meat or lentils with 1/4 cup water. Heat to boiling then remove from heat. Will thicken as it sits.

Serving Size: works on 1 pound ground meat or it's awesome with cooked lentils
