Ingredients

    2 packets Taco Seasoning
    2 cans White Shoepeg Corn
    2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
    1 lb ground chuck
    2 cans Black Beans
    1 1/2 cup Chicken broth
    1 packet dry ranch dressing
    1 small Onion, chopped
    2 cans Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles
    1 can Tomato Sauce

Tips

For soup, add cans undrained. For chili, drain cans and reduce broth to about 1/2 cup.


Directions

Brown ground chuck, drain
Mix all ingredients except chicken in slow cooker
Submerge (unthawed) chicken into mixture
Cook on low 6-8 hrs or high 3-4 hrs
Remove chicken and shred
Return to soup
Serve in bowl
Top with cheese and sour cream (optional)- not included in nutritional info
Use dip style tortilla chips (optional)- not included in nutritional info
