Ingredients

8 oz (250 g) extra lean ground chicken
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small onion, diced
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp Hellman's Real Mayonnaise
2tsp Heinz ketchup
2 tsp Heinz sweet relish
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 recipe whole wheat pizza dough
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 sour dill pickle, sliced
1 cup old cheddar cheese - No Name
2 cup green leaf lettuce, shredded
1 medium tomato,diced
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F
Combine the ground chicken, onion and pepper in a non-stick frying pan over medium high heat and cook, stirring often, for 7 - 10 minutes, or until the juices run clear. Drain off any liquid and set meat mixture to the side.
Mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup and relish - the "secret sauce" - in a small bowl.
Oil a cast iron skillet with the 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to a size slightly larger than the inside of the skillet. Transfer the dough to the skillet and then flip it over so that both sides are coated with oil. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and gently press the dough evenly in the pan so that it rises slightly up the sides of the pan. Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes.
Remove the partly cooked pizza from the oven and spread with "secret sauce". Top evenly with sliced pickle, ground meat and the cheddar cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes more, until the pizza is cooked through and the cheese is melted and slightly browned. Run a knife around the edge of the pan to be sure the pizza isn't sticking. Top with the lettuce and tomato, slice and serve immediately.
