Ingredients

    3/4 cup King Arthur organic White Whole Wheat flour,
    1 cup *Splenda for baking
    1/4 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp baking powder

    2 small (1.4 oz) packages Jello-o Brand Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding, Chocolate, 8 servings
    4 cups Lactaid Fat Free Milk, extra Calcium



Directions

Preheat oven to 350In a bowl, mix the flour, Splenda, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Pour the contents of the Jell-o package and the milk in a blender and blend on "puree" for at least 2 minutes. Pour this mixture in with the dry ingredients and mix until all is just moist. Pour batter into 8" X 8" pan sprayed with Pam. Smooth such that it's evenly distributed in the pan. Bake 30 mins in 350 degree oven. If not done to your satisfaction, continue baking in 10 minute intervals, but this recipe is not meant to get "done"! It will be gooey. If you do not like this consistency, try making it with only one box of pudding, or with one larger boxes which makes 6 servings.
