Ingredients

    6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 serving Cheese, Dofino Creamy Havarti Deli-Slices (1 slice)
    2 serving Sweet mini peppers (3)
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    .5 cup, sliced Zucchini

Directions

Chop and mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Optional add other seasonings you like. Divide mixture between cups. Bake at 390 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Muffins are done when tops are firm to touch.
